• We may display completed work for self‑promotional purposes in our portfolio, social media, and award submissions. Where a project requires confidentiality, inform us in writing before work begins.
• For live websites we design, a small “designed byannas.com” credit link in the footer may be included unless our contract says otherwise.

• Written proposals/quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quoted timelines assume prompt feedback and provision of materials by you.
• Any changes to scope, deliverables, or schedule may require a revised quote.

• To book a project, a 50% advance/deposit is required unless our contract states differently.
• The remaining balance is due on final delivery or as milestone invoices per the project schedule.
• Invoices are payable within 8 calendar days (or as stated on the invoice).
• Fees are exclusive of taxes and third‑party costs (e.g., fonts, stock assets, hosting) unless specified.
• Deposits are generally non‑refundable once work has started, except where mandatory consumer rights apply or as defined in the signed contract.

• Our proposals typically include a stated number of revision rounds. Additional changes may be billed at our hourly/day rate.
• You will provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals. Delays may shift delivery dates.
• Requests outside agreed scope (new pages/features, rebrands, extra concepts, etc.) will be quoted separately.

• We deliver files in the agreed formats (e.g., print‑ready PDFs, design source files, web exports, or website build in your CMS).
• Unless otherwise stated, acceptance occurs on (a) your written approval or (b) 7 days after delivery with no material issues reported.
• Post‑launch support or maintenance is available upon request or via a separate support plan.

• We may recommend or procure third‑party assets/services (fonts, stock, plugins, hosting). You are responsible for complying with their licenses/terms.
• We are not liable for third‑party outages, bugs, or license restrictions.

• The Site and deliverables are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, we disclaim other warranties.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for the Site and any project is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing limits liability for fraud or where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a business customer, the courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims in your local courts as provided by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the “Last updated” date above.
